    The cop is a big fucking wimp. He punched a girl in the face for TOUCHING his arm. He was not making an arrest, he was upset because the girls were making noise (not a crime) and HE was out of control-just about everyone in the IHOP was saying so in the vid. Anyone who doesn’t think that was excessive must think it’s ok to punch a woman in the face. PERIOD.
