    It’s unpatriotic. Saying it’s because they were facing different directions is bullshit. You pass guidelines to mandate the the union is forward. If some are worn you mandate the flag must be maintained as well as the rest of the uniform. Standardize the wear and you will get uniformity.
    These rules would have made more sense than just getting rid of them.
