I thought that Disorderly Conduct was a misdemeanor in every state…and I have incarcerated hundreds for that very crime. How these people get by with such disorderly actions, outburst, and violence is unbeleivable to me.
A few night sticks busting a few union thug heads and a convoy of paddy wagons hauling a bunch of them off to the gray-bar hotel and this mess will certainly be curbed.
I have concluded though, that many police administrations concur and collude with the unions and cover up for the tuggish leadership that drives them.
If I am on duty outside of the Governors Office, on a protection detail, and some dirt-bag pushes or shoves me, while attempting to get to the Gov or into his office, that person is going to jail…setting up or draped over the saddle…doesn’t matter to me which way they choose.
