    I don’t think he ever said a thing about drilling. He talked about extending the lease permits for the leases the oil companies hold but aren’t drilling. It’s a pig-in-a-poke, a ‘feint’ as USMC 3112 describes, and a big pile of bullshit. He talked about speeding up production. Excuse me Mister Know-It-All in Chief … production comes after drilling.
