I know of an incident in 1978 on Ca. Hwy 1, just south of Big Sur State Park, a guy was driving north, at less than 40 mph, and suffered a heart attack, the pain hit his left arm and he veered to the left, off the 2 lane HWY 1, and straight down about 500 feet to shoreline rocks.
His wife and kids were in the car…5 fatalities total.
Point being when I read that Randy Savage veered left across the median I immediately thought ‘heart attack’.
