From the Norwegian news organization TV 2:

Young man arrested at Sundvolden Hotel

- A young man was just arrested by armed police at Sundvolden hotel, tells TV 2 reporter Kadafi Zaman.

There was a young boy with a Norwegian-looking, dark hair wearing shorts and t-shirt.

- He smiled when he was put in handcuffs and carried away, says Zaman.

Survivors of the Utøya massacre and relatives were gathered at the hotel where the young man was arrested. Shortly before his arrest, Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg, Minister of Justice Knut Storberget and Health Minister Anne-Grete Strøm-Erichsen had arrived at the hotel.

Some media have written on Saturday that the police are looking for another culprit in addition to the arrested Behring Anders Breivik.

- We can neither confirm nor deny this, said prosecutor Carol Sandby to TV 2
