I’ve been wondering what happened to Bush, electing him I thought he’d take to the “Bully Pulpit” and look them in the eye and relentlessly hammer the Dems over the head with the truth.

I guess in the end he wanted to be liked/loved like Nixon did, Nixon gave the Dems the EPA, the 26th Amendment and took us off the gold standard so the Fed could print money with zero wealth creation behind it and still the Dems hated his guts.

The next POTUS must understand that in order to do what it takes to fix America’s major problems he will have to risk being the most hated man or woman in American Presidential history. If they’re not willing to risk that, then they need not apply.
