Tuesday, August 23, 2011 – 02:33 GMT+3 – Libya- NATO has been dropping leaflets in the area of Tripoli, The majority of the leaflets were intended to encourage pro- Gaddafi soldiers to lay down their weapons and to join the Libyan rebels and the wider Libyan people.
