this guy must be a big competitor in the market.most union people are not thinking about cost of doing business they mostly think about $ per hour, ( as an EX- IBEW guy i know).union were a good thing when safety and wages were bad.
I’m a career electrician the education in the union was great and so was the money,with today’s problems contractors cant afford the wage’s.
