Notice how as Biden tries to begin a conversation, quite likely about the upcoming American Jobs Act that they’re all gathered for,with “Hey, man, we’ve got a lot of work…”, Boehner quickly cuts him off and forces the conversation into inane golf chatter, sparing himself.
