I don’t know who is right or wrong, probably nobody. I’m sure there are ignorance’s & truths on all sides. Security should be contracted to private companies with competitive bidding and passive regulation (hidden). Get blackwater type companies up there and things will improve. The only successful govt service is the military, and only when they are kicking but. Turn them into police, security, or peacekeepers and they quickly lose effectiveness. That’s why our founding fathers banned them from policing our citizenry in the first place.
