Southwest Airlines, Feds Investigating Arabic Graffiti Etched on Planes

Mysterious messages that appeared to be scrawled in Arabic writing on the underbellies of several Southwest Airlines jets were being investigated Wednesday by the airline and the FBI, Los Angeles radio station KNX-1070 reported.

The graffiti, which began appearing in February on 737-model planes, has been found more often in recent weeks, according to the report.

The writing appears to have been etched using a chemical process and is visible only after an auxiliary power unit is turned on.

Southwest Airlines spokeswoman Brandy King confirmed that the company is “conducting an internal investigation.” The FBI and Transportation Security Administration were also making enquiries.

The airline denied that the vandalism posed a safety or security threat.

    Why isn’t anyone at American Airlines revealing what the Muslim graffiti says? That is missing from this article and I would like to know what the arabic says!!  Ahmed was here?  Crash and burn infidels! ?  Future property of Mohammmad? The fact that they are NOT releasing it is highly suspicious and suggests that what it says is not complimentary!! Who is minding the store at American Airlines?  Are these planes marked because they have box cutters  hidden on board? Sheeesh!

    What a simple way to initmidate the public and the airlines…..Gotta give them credit for doing it on the cheap.  Seems they know the TSA and airpport security routines pretty well to pull this off without being detected.   Maybe it is time to start screwing with their heads……

    REALLY….  well if the perps had enough time to chemically etch this crap into the fuselage, and not be seen, WHAT THE HELL ELSE COULD THEY HAVE DONE??!!  This is not filling me with a lot of faith or confidence in existing security measures…. Southwest has a lot of explaining to do!!!
