    Any ‘law’ that is inconsistent with the Constitution is NULL AND VOID.  This law is inconsistent with the 2nd amendment and is therefore NULL AND VOID.
    We are experiencing a full frontal attack by Marxist Socialists against the People of the United States and the US Constitution.  Mr. Brown (as in Shit brown) is a member of the Democratic Socialist cadre, who, along with Obongo the Monkey King, are seeking to destroy the Historic United States.  Fuck him and his faggot infested anti-American team of cock-and-ass worshipers.

      Agree with your statement Politicalfish , however, Kalifornia has been passing and enforcing unConstitutional trash for decades now. Especially in regards to the 2nd Amendment.

      It’s expensive here in Commiefornia $300-500 depending on county and it’s not a sure thing in 95% of the counties! I happen to live in one of the few conservative counties and am strongly considering getting my CCW. Openly carring an unloaded handgun is like strapping a rock to your hip. Open loaded carry makes far more sense.

      Only reason to carry an unloaded weapon is to take it from your weapons locker to your rig.
      Anything other than that is just showboating and begging for some two-bit puke with a loaded weapon to show you why you’re wrong….LOL
