Herman Cain On Iran: I Would Tell Ahmadinejad To Go Ahead, “Make My Day”

In discussing his foreign policy views, should he become president, GOP candidate Herman Cain said he would build up the Aegis Missile Defense system and tell the Iranian president to “Make my Day.”

Cain made his remarks at the Values Voters Summit in Washington, D.C. on Friday.

“I would make it a priority to upgrade all of our Aegis surface-to-air ballistic missile defense capabilities of all of our warships, all the way around the world,” he said. “Make that a priority, and then say to Ahmadinejad, ‘Make my Day.’”

    I’m liking this man more and more.

    NOT for the “make my day” part, but more for the intellect displayed with building up the Aegis-system of missile defense.
    Face it, the Persians are too close to building themselves some glow-in-the-dark-’splodey-toys and turning Israel into a glass parking lot.
    …not to mention a couple EMP’s – remember them launching a worm and a hamster into low orbit last year? – sent up from tramp freighters off our left and right coasts, turning North America into something from a Mad Max movie.

    Since we can’t stop them – bombing their facilities now would only slow them, it’s too late to completely stop them – then the next best option would be to splash their delivery systems.

    Compared to King Putt, Cain is a breath of fresh air in a teleprompter swamp.
