Here is a post he put up on the far left Truthdig website.

Grow up.

You play with fire, you are going to get burned. This is what the ows/obama wants, a powderkeg to go off. This is well documented obama, to van jones, to seiu. . When you swear an Oath to Support And Defend the Constitution, you DO NOT PROTEST against this Country. Yes, we have freedom of speech, we all waive those rights to those of us who continue to serve.Wearing the Uniform of the Marine Corps does not give you the right to act Dishonorably against the very Country you swore to defend PERIOD. That goes to every Honorably Seperated Service Member. This pos ows types are for the distruction of America. To serve and protest for the distruction of America is an act of Treason. Marines have a higher standard to uphold! We are held accountable for our actions. Recieving a dishonorable discharge for possession and intent distribute are not keeping with this standard. Olsen brought dishonor to himself, the Marine Corps for his actions.

    • Saphiric

Are you really telling me that if at any time in your life you serve in the military, you waive you right to free speech? Forever?

Also, you’re telling me that he shouldn’t protest because he’s a former marine, but then you seem to say that he should not be considered a marine due to his behavior. Figure out what you’re trying to say. Secondly, you failed to address the main point of my comment. Lets the fact that he is a former marine. Does that make it right for the police to toss a grenade into a bunch of civilians who are clearly trying to help a wounded person? Imagine that this is a warzone, and some medical personal go try to retrieve a wounded soldier. They’re wearing the red crystal emblem or the red cross and are therefore protected as personnel performing humanitarian action under the Geneva Convention. Then and enemy soldier tosses a grenade right into them as they kneel around the injured soldier. Is that ok?Also, its spelled destruction, not distruction. You fucked that up several times. And you have interesting ideas on capitalization.

    • Saphiric

Hmmm, that is unfortunate. It seems that the formatting got messed up when I moved some of my message around. I apologize also for omitting “ignore” between “Lets” and “the fact” and misspelling personnel.

    • Anonymous

Just when you were trying to bust someones balls for a misspelled word, YOU fucked up… Genius!

    • Saphiric

Yup, I did. I then realized my mistake and apologized.

    • http://patdollard.com USMC3112

We waive our rights when we serve currently or are retired under the UCMJ. I’m not concerned with the fact whether OPD threw a flashbang into the crowd. The fact is how Olsen acted with conduct unbecoming a United States Marine. That is what the story is about.

If he was in fact injured by another protester, it doesn’t change the fact that police tossed a flashbang into a group of unarmed civilians trying to help another injured civilian. That is inexcusable.

You reap what you sow, these people were breaking the law and were asked to disband and leave the premesses. I would say it’s inexcusable to shit on police cars, throw objects at officers and beat their meat in public. This nets you a knot on your head or a flashbang grenade in your eye!

    • Saphiric

And weren’t they disbanding? They were all running when they noticed a man on the ground bleeding so they went to help him. Are you saying that because they were disrespectful and disorderly the police should continue to pelt them with grenades and rubber bullets after they have complied with the police instructions?

    • undercover

The police and first responders couldn’t help Scott until they cleared out the other protesters who most likely were the ones that hit him in the head with a rock in the first place…

    • Saphiric

I don’t expect the police to break ranks and jump over the fence to help him. I do expect them to not attack those who can try to help him.

    • ProfessorBill

Their best bet would have been to abandon him to the police so the police could get EMS to the scene, what were this miscreants really going to do for him, and to call for a doctor?  What type of retard was that?  Doctors work in hospitals, they don’t hang out at the local riot and I can tell you EMS isn’t going anywhere near this place until its secured and they move in and out safely.

How can you possibly say that there were no medical personnel there. You don’t think its possible that any doctors, nurses, or EMTs might be protesting?
I don’t know about you but I’d rather be carried away and taken to a hospital immediately rather than lay there on the asphalt, concussed and bleeding, waiting for the crowd to clear.

    • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=687516128 Justin Pangilinan

They wouldn’t be protesting. For one hospitals and universities learned from the partisanship that brought unwelcome attention to their institutions in the Madison protests. They would also be better well off. I’ve seen the time sheets and the bi-weekly pay nurses get, they’re comfortable enough. Let alone specialists and doctors. They work for a living.

    • ProfessorBill

LOL, I am literally laughing at you.  You seriously believe there might be doctors et al there protesting?  I worked in the medical field for almost 15 years and NOBODY I worked with both in EMS and in the hospital would have been caught dead in a scene like that.

    • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=687516128 Justin Pangilinan

I’ve had insight to the field just because I wasn’t a lazy-ass and helped my mom with the timesheets for the nurses in her department. I also saw the food service and hospitality industries through her experiences in hotel chains and entertainment due to my own jobs.

I don’t think anyone who works a shift would want to waste their resting hours on a protest. I went to a TEA Party one, but that was because I had no class or work schedule that day.

What inexcusable is to throw chemicals such as acids and paints on the police who were acting in the best interest of the city of Oakland.  Free speech does not give you the right to break the law.  They are trespassing, how confrontations with police did the Tea Party rallies have?  Zero, how many cases of public masterbation occurred at Tea Party rallies?  Zero, how many laws were broken so REAL Americans who are the ones making this country work could have their say, again zero.

You douchebag America hating HYPOCRITES on the left are what inexcusable, you decry the force used by the police but yet you want the federal government to take the property of one group of Americans and give it to another simply out or envy and jealousy.  Your collectivist ideas appeal to lowest common denominator, the most base elements of human phsyche, such as envy, jealousy, sloth, hate, stupidity, prejudice.  It’s amazing how you and your cohort wrap yourself up in righteous indignation yet you align yourselves with nazi’s, anarchists, marxists, antisemitism and other vile idealogies.

The most common element among the left is poverty of intelligent thought and hypocricy.  Milton Friedman said it best “People who have a problem with the free market have a problem with freedom.”  BTW, Friedman was a Jew.

    • Saphiric

Whoah there, hold the fucking phone buddy. How do you know I even support the cause that OWS is protesting for? How do you know that I’m “on the left?”

Also, would it kill you to read your message before you post it? You’re missing a bunch of words.

    • ProfessorBill

Your vociferous defending of Mr. Olson would lead any rational person to believe that you were in support of the OWS freebaggers.  I did proofread it but obviously not well enough, my vision is not what I wish it was.

    • Saphiric

I am neither defending nor decrying Mr. Olson. I was commenting on the fact that a police officer threw a grenade into a group of people who were attempting to aid an injured man. I have tried to stay away from the issue of Olson’s injuries, but everyone ignores my point and jumps straight to him.

And as to your vision, fair enough

    • ProfessorBill

Ok, I’ll play along, how do you know it was intentional, how do you know they did with a malicious intent?  They will say they threw the flash bang into a group of people who were not dispersing, from their point of view maybe these people were all bending over getting rocks or bottles to throw.

It really is very simple, this was an angry mob, nothing less.  They had assaulted cops with hazardous materials and were not dispersing, they were in fact redoubling their efforts.  It is the just reward for their actions, nothing more nothing less.

Just what did you expect them to do?  Go to Starbucks with them and have a latte?

    • ProfessorBill

    • Saphiric

I don’t know how these actions could possibly be interpreted as “bending over getting rocks or bottles to throw.”
You can easily hear people saying “Help him!” and “Doctor!”

      http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OZLyUK0t0vQ&t=0m18s

    • ProfessorBill

So your saying the cops could hear them saying Help him and Doctor from where they were in all the noise and confusion?  You need to just be honest, you have an axe to grind with the police for some reason.  Your not at all being fair or honest about the situation.  These people had just finished ASSAULTING the police!  This was a full on mob riot and you’re decrying the tactics used by the police to break it up and protect the rest of the law abiding public from these hooligans, which is what they are, hooligans.

Bad things happen to people when they put willingly themselves in bad situations.  I would say participating in a riot and getting hurt by the police is a very real possibility and most people aren’t going to have any sympathy nor care.

    • Saphiric

I’m sorry, did you even watch the video? The police are roughly the same distance from Olsen as the camera is. They are right in front of it. They’re watching. There is no way they didn’t hear them.
I don’t have anything against the police, I have something against that particular officer who threw the grenade, and the fact that he has not suffered any consequences.

Again, how is that in any way a “full on mob riot”? A riot entails destruction of public and private property and looting. Those protesters were not a danger to “the rest of the law abiding public,” they were trying to help an injured man.

    • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=687516128 Justin Pangilinan

One minute and eight seconds of footage does not do a night’s worth of protesting Justice. It reminds me clearly of the edited wikileaks video of the firemission by the Apaches. It was edited to hide the reasons WHY Riot Control officers needed to be in the scene in the first place. Those officers do not get called out until they are honestly needed.

I’m giving the cops some here. I doubt they would’ve had the force without harming more by escorting EMTs and a stretcher in. They’d most likely get assaulted.

    • ProfessorBill

Every one of these participants was participating in a mob riot and had assaulted the police.  Your irrational and you by default excuse the actions of the mob but decry the actions of the police.

You have a hidden motivation, you are irrational and delusional and I am done wasting my life talking to someone like.  Go sell crazy somewhere else.

I wouldn’t say that they are one thing or the other – OWS has become a stomping grounds for all groups that despise America and want to destroy it, one way or another – hence the hand-holding between neo-nazis, marxists, anarchists, Paultards, Larouchians, Islamists, and any other f–ktard contaminating our society.

My god if that post means he hates Jews then the definition of hating Jews means just mention say or write the word Jews. Remember it was the USSR that was the first nation that started such draconian persecutions of people who mentioned Jews. Jews are not superior to anyone.
