I think mostly Libertarians vote for Ron Paul.

Libertarians are as hard-core about their beliefs as any kenyan progressive.

Libertarians are as obstinate and passionate about the letter of the US constitution as any religious fundamentalist is about his particular Book of the Word. A Good Thing, I believe.

Libertarians are absolutely devoted to the philosophy of individual and property rights. Another Good Thing.

Libertarians are not anarchists, but their notion of limited government almost sounds like it.

btw, I am not a practicing Libertarian, just making an observation.

Actually, most Libertarians are anarchists. They believe in the non-aggression principle. Everyone should look it up. If you don’t know what the non-aggression principle is then you probably aren’t a Libertarian.

To be perfectly honest, I do not like any of them. To the contrary, however, a bowl of jello would be better than Obama – a bowl of jello can’t make decisions, which is better than making bad decisions.

Many of the candidates have proposed many measures to reduce the debt/deficit.

Paultard has been in office for over 3 decades (even though he prosed and voted for term limits early in his career…yet another hypocrisy on his count), and has accomplished nothing in his time – he IS the status quo.

i hear u on that one. im more nationalistic leaning, i want my country to retain its sovernty, identity, culture, history. and that as far as foreign relations go. internaly, i do favor limited government with limited beurocracy, no interference in market operations. there is no clear cut, black and white approaches in politics, its the best mix of those various ideas in reality that matter, and skill in how to assemble that bouqet of various ideas. in any case i would put in a constitution an amendment that forbids governments spending level to cross certain % of a countrys GDP. maybe in 10-15% range, max.

I don’t know if you know this but Ron Paul receives more money from active military and veterans than any other candidate. If I’m not mistaken it is more than all the other candidates combined. I feel sorry for your friends in the military that were duped. It is sad our government drove us into an unconstitutional situation like this.
