Report: Cain Accuser Sharon Bialek Fired From NRA For False Accusations Of Sexual Assault

One might be asking themselves why Ms. Bialek was fired from the National Restaurant Association. After all, being fired, quite unlike simply being laid off, is a serious issue with serious ramifications; since leaving the Restuarant Association, Ms. Bialek has been unable to maintain regular employment. So why was this woman let go? Why has it seemingly affected her ability to remain employed for so long?

Perhaps it might have something to do with the reason she was fired from the National Restaurant Association in the first place…

FILING FALSE CLAIMS OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT

“She was fired from her job, and her boyfriend suggested she contact Cain in hopes he could help her find employment.”.

In this particular incident she was fired for falsely accusing her boss of sexual harassment, a charge denied by co-workers, as well as being pretty much a pain in the ass to work with.

“I remember her as a time-waster, and rabble-rouser. If she didn’t get her way she cried about sexual harassment”. A former co-worker, a female no less, emailed me. “She was trouble with a capital “T”. The fact that she waited 13 years and never said a word not even during Cain’s earlier forays into politics. She only now magically appears because Cain is leading in some polls and proving a threat to Barack Obama?

Ms. Bialek claims that she informed her then-boyfriend after the incident – a man who cannot be contacted by media; an ABC interview with the fiance reveals that the new boyfriend only became aware of the story approximately 2 weeks ago (end of segment):

Bialek said she shared her allegations with her then-boyfriend and another male friend shortly after her meeting with Cain. However, the man she is now engaged to said she did not tell him about her history with the former Godfather’s Pizza CEO until Friday night, when she told him she was going to New York for the news conference.

Of course, HR was at her cubicle within minutes of the claim. One thing I know about corporate policy, for sure, is that HR doesn’t take a claim lightly. She had to have been questioned, as well as the boss. Did the HR team determine her claims were false? Or, was she fired as a whistle blower, and now disparaged by the NRA? Furthermore, lots of people are pains in the ass to work with. Actually, have you ever had a job where someone wasn’t a pain in the ass? That isn’t grounds for firing, as well all know, who have corporate experience. The fact is, all of this is subjective. The other two I will keep an open mind on due to the fact there are legal documents and they were reported right away. Also keep this in mind when all those women were coming out saying Clinton was a womanizer they were trashed by the media and public. In the end they were all found to be truthful and vindicated.       In Clinton’s case the media went after the women protecting him, in Cain’s case the media has already convicted him without any proof.  Now everything the women claimed about Clinton has been proven to be true.  I suspect all of the lies about Cain will be uncovered also and those behind this smear will be uncovered also.  At the top of this will be Obama, just like the green energy loan scam and the death of Brian Terry and hundreds of Mexican citizens.  All of this has the fingerprints of Obama.

    In my view, none of the accusers have any records wherein ANY reports or persons support claims against Cain. No documents of personal testimony upholds the allegation of improper sexual activity on the part of Mr. Cain. There is no smoking gun, nor any testimony by any person other the accusers who have FACTUAL TESTIMONY of overt sexual advances or assault. End of case. There must be personal or documentary EVIDENCE of such acts, and none appears to exist. All is hearsay.

    Joshua No offense but just because she has had financial issues does not mean that she is a bad person. In this economy I can almost promise you that many people are behind on bills. BTW lawyers take cases probono all the time so this could be one of those cases that Alred would make nada on the case.  And what is the big deal if she had a child hello people do that and two years after the fact um hello then she is not accusing Cain of the issue so that is another non issue. Although I am not saying what she is saying is true most likely it is not BUT, there is some evidence to show it might be that person that saw her talk to him a couple of months ago did not say she was all lovey dovey to him when she saw him as a matter of fact she looked a bit upset. That being said unless she overheard the conversation she cannot say one way or the other if she was confronting him or something else so that doesn’t quite show she is lying.

    The problem I have is there are two more out there that were settled. And he is trying to sweep under the rug. I still say if he was so innocent he would be showing those settlements since they were released by the NRA. And guys did anyone stop to think about this he is pushing a book. What better way to get sales than to keep your name in the news with anything be it good or bad. Not to mention he wouldn’t get the nomination regardless due to his stance on abortion even if he did manage to beat the rest (IE Lackluster) field he would still lose to Obama. Which would mean we would be stuck with that moronic idiot for four more years and watch what is left of our country go down the tubes.

    And while yes I think this latest woman to come out is a fraud I am not sure of the other two. I will also remind you guys back when Clinton was running for President there was Jennifer Flowers, and Paula and quite a few others that came out and said he was improper with them. Remember what happened. They were vilified in the press and the public treated them all with scorn. And look what happened they were all vindicated.

    What I don’t like about Cain has nothing to do with him being a possible slimeball. What I have a problem with is his record when he worked in the Federal Reserve. With his saying he was anti sales tax a year or so ago and now touting a national sales tax in his 9-9-9 plan. Although I could have over looked those two but there is NO WAY I could have overlooked his stance on wanting a rape victim to carry a child from their rapist lost my vote right then and there.

      The difference is, Kyla, the media villified the WOMEN because of Clinton…and they all but ignored the mistress for King John Edwards…who was procreating while his wife was dying of cancer.  That is not the case here. The mainstream media is going after Cain.  
      I remember the New York Times warning people in the editorial section to not talk about Edwards accusations until they had conclusive proof…in the editorial section.
      I simply don’t understand why people do nto find their intelligence insulted by a media that obviously thinks they are too stupid to think for themselves or remember just a few short years ago.
