CNN:

White Americans give Obama a thumbs down by a 61%-36% margin, with non-white Americans give the president a thumbs up by a more than 2-1 margin.

    Not too surprising. “Non-white” Americans typically favor Democrats by a wide margin in any given election.

    Sad that this poll will be construed as white people not liking a President because he’s black, as opposed to black people refusing to be critical of a President because he’s black.

    Welcome to “post-racial” amerika….  It is tragic and pathetic that almost anywhere in the world where supposedly “downtrodden” blacks have taken power, they immediately turn around and beat down their supposed “oppressors” – so much for eradicating racism under obambi’s hope and change banner…

      Blacks who see themselves as “downtrodden” tend to be adherents to the liberal “victim” mentality, and as such think that payback for “oppression” is valid, and necessary for “justice” to be meted out. 
      I’ve never seen a truly conservative black who thinks this way, so I have had hope for Cain, and also West. That being said, West’s continued membership in the CBC, and Cain’s recent retreat to “racism” comments regarding the Perry family hunting lodge fiasco, have made me wonder if either can be trusted to put race behind them…
