Kim Kardashian Camp Says Lightning-Fast Divorce Because “Husband From Hell” Called Her Fat, Stupid

Kim Kardashian’s friends are alleging that Kris Humphries was verbally abusive to the reality TV star in the 72 days before she filed for divorce, including calling Kardashian “stupid” and “fat ass.”
Sources tell Us Weekly that, despite the public backlash against her, the raven-haired beauty was justified in busting up her marriage to Humphries. In a cover story, Us has branded Humphries the “Husband From Hell.”
“He belittled [Kim] in front of people,” one source claims. “It was truly sickening … He would say truly terrible things. One time, he said she had no talent and her fame wouldn’t last.”
According to the source, the insults got more severe. “He’d call her stupid,” they allege.
And while Kardashian’s posterior has garnered a legion of fans, Humphries apparently once referred to her as “fat ass,” according to the source.
Humphries also objected to Kardashian insisting that he dial down his partying ways. “He would tell her she was acting like too much of a wife and ‘get over it,’” the source claims.
The first month of Kardashian and Humphries’ marriage was caught on camera for “Kourtney & Kim Take New York,” which will begin airing Nov. 27 on E!.
But sources close to the show say that E!’s footage may be slanted in Kardashian’s favor. “Kim was stunned by the amount of bad press and the public relations nightmare she has endured since deciding to file for divorce,” a source told Radar. “Kim will be using the show to attempt to rehab her image.”
