      British SAS Operators do in fact have a license to kill at their own discretion, without facing charges or extradition if they make it back into the United Kingdom, meaning, only if that “action” takes place outside the borders of the United Kingdom.
       
      But the Monarchy, IE currently the Queen, could change all of that in a heartbeat. After all, it’s actually her government, which is why one is, to be precise, a “British subject” and not a British citizen.

      He is a British citizen. Choudary is the most outspoken islamist in all of the UK, actively calling for the overthrow of the British government; the same government who pays his “benefits” or welfare. He has led numerous muslim rallies to disrupt parades of British troops returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. He is “the head of the snake” of islamists in the UK, yet they will not expell him. Pitiful.
