    Though he blames the US for opting out, he and other enviro nutjubs fail to acknowledge the fact that since the origin of the Kyoto Accord, US pollution rates (particularly carbon offgassing) has dropped, whereas the average pollution rates of members of the Kyoto Accord has increased…oh, those inconvenient truths.
