how can it be illegal to video/audio record someone IN PUBLIC where everyone can hear and see you? It makes no sense. But then, logic is never government’s strong suit.

This has already been overturned in at least three other court cases this year alone. The court has ruled that the police should have no reasonable expectation of pirvacy on the job.This should be overturned as well. Hopefully. {Jury Nullification}
