    I’m sure it can. With a little help from the jackass regime.They probably gave them the instruction manual, “see instruction on how to hack in and control the drone in mid-flight and take it away from US Handlers”

    Absolutely since the fail-safe device was not activated we must assume that the poser in the white house wanted our enemies (his friends) to have a fully functional drone. Probably emailed the manuals to them as well.

    The most disturbing part is that members of CIA/NSA/ USAF and others conspired in on this as well.

    Gentlemen the barbarians have breached the gate and control the high ground.
