“Avoid Ghetto” App Causes A Stir

    Perfectly reasonable to have an application for a perceived need.  There has been more than one life lost due to wrong turns into wrong neighborhoods.

    Oh, but it’s all fine and good for the left, NAACP, Sharpton, Jackson, etc… to point out the ghetto when wanting something.  But the second the ghetto is shown in a negative (rightfully so) light then that’s racist.  So the tally goes something like this:

    More money for more cops because of high crime is – OK
    Pointing out the high crime in ghettos – not OK because they’re black
    Minority scholarships – OK
    Making special rules and laws to ensure quotas for minorities – OK
    Pointing out that the root causes for making special rules and quotas for minorities (i.e. lower performance, scores) – no OK
    Voting for a presidential candidate because he’s black is – OK
    Criticizing a black President – not OK

    I could go on…
