I strongly encourage you to boycott all of the following, and just as importantly, let them know you are doing so. Carbonite refused to leave Ed Schultz after he called Laura Ingraham a slut; I don’t know if any of these others made similar decisions. You can find a link to each’s website at BredRed.

I knew about the first 7 so glad to see the other 5 listed.

One problem is that so many business are owned by larger multi-billion dollar Corporations that it makes you wonder if a boycott really works. Thus you may boycott one of their companies but still buy from several others that you don’t realize are connected. It would be like a flea on an elephants behind with rape on its mind. It would take a super large number of people to hurt them.

One example is that Quicken Loans is owned by Intuit who also owns QuickBooks, Quicken and TurboTax

Carbonite . Their CEO has links to George Soros Groups, Moveon Org and Americans Coming Together

When writing any of the companies I suggest keeping it clean. Using foul language or horrible insults is what the Liberal do. They’ll pay more attention to intelligent protests and discard junior high school comments.

If you boycott them all, you may not be able to get insurance, rent movies, get loans, protect your computer, tractor your farmland, have surgery, or even send flowers to your girlfriend.

I wrote to every one. I have used most of them, especially Carbonite and ProFlowers. I let them know if they do not change they policy within 30 days, I will never recommend them again, and will never use their services again. Period.

I don’t use any of these companies except for allstate. I will call my agent first thing in the morning, she will be expecting my outrage because I went to allstate in 2009 when geico boycotted Becks show. I told her the whole story and being sleezy insurance salesmen she and her manager agreed with me. Tomorrow I get to make them squirm while I shop for insurance elsewhere. PS After three years I still get letters and emails from geico saying they want me back and the Glenn Beck conflict is over. I reply on the postage paid reply forms ” FOR ME THE BATTLE HAS JUST BEGUN”

Read Consumer Reports ratings on auto and homeowners insurers and other ratings buy consumer organizations and you’ll find Allstate to be midling at best. I suggest quotes from AMICA, USAA or State Farm. All are great insurers with high AM Best ratings to boot.

We dumped Sears, where we used to spend quite a but of money, when they made their truck drivers remove the American Flag decals from their trucks after 9-11. You NEVER see a flag at Sears unless it is for sale at least I have not seen one.
Kmart is part of the same conglomerate.
The others I do not patronize except proflowers which I have used but no longer.

Sorry Allan I wouldn’t buy State Farm if they were the last and only company on earth. During the Vietnam war I went overseas and left my car with a friend. We made them the “Named Insured” to cover them, even though I was still listed as the owner. When I returned a year later State Farm would not reissue the policy with me as “Named Insured”. WHY? because I had not lived in California for the previous year. I told them if that is how they treat military returning from the war zone then shove it up your G. D. ASS.

Obviously they hate the military.

Last year my step mother died and my daughter inherited the house. The minute it was changed to daughter’s name State Farm immediately dropped her and said they will not renew any policies in Florida. We told them to shove it up their G. D. ASS.

As I said, I will never never ever buy from State Farm.

I forgot to mention I am now with USAA. With them having my Mortgage, Homeowners, Auto Insurance and bank account I get massive discounts on all of their products. I took advantage of their 2% interest deal and paid off my 11.9% van payments at a Credit Union. Anyone who is or was military (now regardless of rank) are eligible.

I am going to avoid all of them. IT was a department under my direction for years and I was never impressed by Citrix. I would NEVER trust my data to a company like Carbonite. You must 100% vett a company and KNOW that they are pro-capitalist and anti-socialist. It there is any doubt, DO NOT trust them with our information! Look into Mozy as an alternative. As for the rest on the list, I will not support them. I have an Allstate policy and I am now in the process of having it re-quoted. I sleep good enough, I have a lawyer and I get my flowers through a local florist.

Believe me I love to be in the “know or Now”; whilst I have heard contradictory statements from Rush himself, nonetheless it is important to know and to see how petty this firms actually are.
