Grunts From The RINO Cages – Jeb Bush To NBC News: GOP Needs To Change “Tone” To Reach “Broader Audience”

Reagan wasn’t much worried about his tone which was broadly dismissed as “too extreme” and “crazy”. He knew that only standing on principle would attract people, as that is all that indicates both standing for something and strength…what message would he like: “We don’t really believe what we stand for and we’re weak.”? Becoming more concerned with political calculation than what we stand for is what has gotten this country into the mess it’s in, and, ironically, is always the wrong political calculation as well. Indpendents say to themselves, “Well, if they won’t stand up for what they believe, they’re either weak, or they don’t really believe it, so why should they expect me to?” Independents are not going to take bullets that we won’t take ourselves.
