(FOX31 DENVER) EAGLE, Colo. — A 24-year-old man faces a charge of sexual assault on a child after attending a dinner at the home of the 4-year-old victim’s parents.
Ismael Lopez-Alvarez of Edwards, Colorado was arrested Wednesday and being held on a $15,000 bond with an immigration detainer on behalf of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), said Jessie Mosher, Public Information Officer for the Eagle County Sheriff.
Mosher said the detailed report was not immediately available.
Lopez-Alverez is expected back in court August 28th.
