(Examiner) A horrific amateur video appeared on YouTube, showing apparently an atrocity against public service workers in Syria.
The footage displays a crowd of people callously throwing the bodies of slain postal workers from a post office rooftop in Syria.
In the video you can hear them shout “God is Great” as they shove the throw the bodies from the rooftop.
As they hit the ground, the crowd rushes in to catch the appalling images on their mobile phones (see video: Syrian atrocity Bodies of postal workers thrown from roof http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TSOCxLy1Gwk ).
The video is further evidence that the Syrian rebels are targeting civil service workers in that country.
More than 19,000 people have been killed so far in ongoing violence in Syria since the outbreak of violence. To complicate matters the problem seems to be getting worse, with the influx of weapons and money…
On June 21, the New York Times reported that a group of Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) officers are operating “secretly in southern Turkey” and that the agents are helping the anti-Syria governments decide which gangs inside the Arab country will receive arms to fight the Syrian government. Arms include such things as “automatic rifles, rocket-propelled grenades, ammunition and some antitank weapons… The New York Times article also mentioned they are being funneled mostly across the Turkish border by way of a shadowy network of intermediaries including Syria’s Muslim Brotherhood and paid for by Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
