Ex-Head Of Military Team: Al Qaeda ‘More Established’ In Libya Than US

Lt. Colonel Wood testified before Congress today and told the hearing that Al Qaeda’s “presence grows every day” in Libya and that “they are certainly more established than we [the United States] are.”
