Excerpted from The Daily Caller: Workers in the pornography industry overwhelmingly favor re-electing President Barack Obama, according to a new poll.
In what is undoubtedly the most crucial poll this election season, industry website XBIZ asked 339 adult entertainment workers,“Which candidate would you like elected U.S. president?”
Sixty-eight percent of respondents said President Obama; 13 percent said challenger Mitt Romney; 14 percent want to see “someone else” as president, and five percent of respondents said that they don’t really give a damn who is president because they are going to have sex for money in front of a camera regardless of who occupies the White House.
“The results aren’t really surprising because most people involved with the adult industry have a liberal view of government and how it should work,” Vivid Entertainment Steve Hirsch said. “Social issues are more important than fiscal issues and they will support a candidate who shares their beliefs.”
The poll is also not that shocking since the professional porn industry is based mostly in the San Fernando Valley, and everyone knows that Californians have loose morals and no standards whatsoever.
