Excerpted from THE BLAZE: Former President Bill Clinton while addressing a crowd in Palm Beach, Fla., on Friday offered what can only be described as a backhanded endorsement of Barack Obama.

“I may be the only person in America, but I am far more enthusiastic about President Obama this time than I was four years ago,” Clinton said.
