Excerpted from The Washington Times: The Barack Hussein Obama of 2009 has been replaced in President Obama’s second inaugural celebration by “Barack H. Obama.”

Sen. Charles E. Schumer, chairman of the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies, referred to the president as Barack H. Obama in his introductory remarks for the public swearing-in ceremony.

Still, Obama used his full name while taking the oath from Chief Justice John Roberts.

“I think the tradition is that they use all three names, and I will follow the tradition,” Mr. Obama told the Chicago Tribune in 2009. “I’m not trying to make a statement one way or another. I’ll do what everybody else does.”
