Russia Pissed Off About Israeli “100 Jet Dry Run” On Iranian Nuke Sites - With Videos

June 20th, 2008 Posted By Bash.

Russia seems worried about the Israeli Air Force activity. 100 F-15s & F-16s doing a 900 mile dry run?

Dude…muuwahahaaaaa…..I’ve been saying all along that all this bravado and spewing of hateful rhetoric coming from Tehran, and all of this U.N. hand wringing and attempted appeasement will be shattered in a day when Israel decides to just strike out on their own.

Nobody in the Western world will blame them either. Only an ignorant liar would deny that a pre-emptive strike by Israel on Iranian nuclear facilities would be an act of self-defense.

Not only that, but…

Fuck the Russians, who the hell do they think they are? The Soviet Union? Sorry Pal, you crumbled decades ago and you are a withered up piece of shit leftover Cold War bag of hot air. Not that we don’t take what the Russians say seriously, but quite frankly, any Russian sabre rattling is like chihuahua yapping compared to the threat of the Iranians developing a nuclear weapons capability.

The Russians are more into money and oil than Iranian loyalty, “Ve haff vays off deelink vit da Russians.”

Middle east expert Ambassador Dennis Ross discusses the reality of the situation:

Jennifer Griffin brings Pentagon reaction, and talks a bit about the GBU-28 bunker busters we sold Israel:

The Russian foreign minister said:

“The key to resolving the Iranian issue is involvement,” Lavrov said. “We must involve Iran, engage Iran in resolving the Iranian nuclear program, … but also engage Iran in constructive, respectful, serious dialogue on Iraq and Afghanistan, on the Middle East in general.”

Wake up, comrade, the Iranians aren’t interested in anything the U.N. has to say when it comes to putting the lid on their nuclear ambitions…

MOSCOW - Russia’s foreign minister on Friday warned against the use of force on Iran, saying there is no proof it is trying to build nuclear weapons.

Sergey Lavrov said Iran should be engaged in dialogue and encouraged to cooperate with the U.N. nuclear monitoring agency.

Lavrov made the statement when asked to comment on an Israeli Cabinet member’s statement earlier this month that Israel could attack Iran if it does not halt its nuclear program.

“I hope the actual actions would be based on international law,” Lavrov said. “And international law clearly protects Iran’s and anyone else’s territorial integrity.”

Israel’s military refused to confirm or deny a report Friday that its warplanes staged a major rehearsal this month for a possible attack on Iran.

The New York Times report quoted U.S. officials as saying more than 100 Israeli F-16s and F-15s staged the maneuver over the eastern Mediterranean and Greece in the first week of June. It said the aircraft flew more than 900 miles (1,450 kilometers), roughly the distance from Israel to Iran’s Natanz nuclear enrichment facility, and that the exercise included refueling tankers and helicopters capable of rescuing downed pilots.

Lavrov said Russia had asked both the United States and Israel to provide factual information to back their claims that Iran was working to build atomic weapons. “So far we have seen none, and the same conclusion was made by the International Atomic Energy Agency,” he said.

“It’s absolutely not right to speak matter-of-factly that Iran continues building nuclear weapons,” Lavrov added.

Iran insists its enrichment program is meant only to generate electricity. But because of its past clandestine activities, including some that could have applications for weapons research, the international community is concerned that Tehran wants to enrich uranium to a purity suitable for use in atomic bombs.

The IAEA suggested in a report to the U.N. Security Council last month that Iran was stonewalling investigators and possibly withholding information crucial to determining whether it conducted research on nuclear weapons.

Lavrov insisted that Iran must be encouraged to continue its cooperation with the U.N. monitoring agency.

“As long as the IAEA reports to us progress in its relations with Iran, as long as Iran closes the issues which were of concern to the IAEA and this process continues, we should avoid any steps which could undermine this very important process,” he said, speaking in English.

Russia has maintained close ties with Iran and is building its first nuclear power plant in the southern port of Bushehr, which is expected to go on line later this year. It has backed limited U.N. sanctions aimed at forcing Iran to suspend its uranium enrichment program, but has opposed the U.S. push for harsher measures.

…or, Russia has sold Iran their latest air defense systems and they don’t want to see them embarrassed by the Israelis. The same Israelis who swatted Syria’s Russian-made air defenses aside like they weren’t even there a few months back with the raid on the nuclear reactor. Russia makes an assload of money off of arms sales, and a thorough beatdown would hurt that revenue stream.

In other words, their motivation here is the same as when they opposed the US invasion of Iraq.

The Russians are out to help Iran delay, delay, delay till Iran finally developes the bomb. Russia has nothing to lose
and everything to gain by helping Iran and hindering Israel.

The Israelis are not going to set idle while Iran conducts their proxy wars through Hizbollah and Hamas while gradually getting Israel into a corner. Especially when all Iran repeats is death to Israel.

The Russians have certainly hindered most of the US efforts at the UN. I think it is now fair to say the UN is helpless and should be closed. The Israeis are going to sahow the Iranians that the tiger has teeth.

Bomb Iran now, or our grandchildren will be fightinf terrorist in Washington DC. Wake up America…

thats a pretty brilliant deduction. you may be right about that.

Israel has every right to defend herself from threats. I think if Sharon was still in power or Netanyahu this smackdown would have already happened. for a very long time Israel has stomped anyone who messed with them and for good reason too. they are the only Jewish country in the middle east and the world, and are surrounded by people with nothing but genocidal intentions towards them.

This story got my heart racing. Get Some!

Yeah, the only proof they would accept is a mushroom cloud over Israel, with live streaming video showing the missile take off from Iran, and exploding in Israel. Any docuemnts, hard evidence such as material, pictures, what have you the Iranians, Russia, and all those other worthless POS people would claim to be faked evidence, and our turncoat democrat party rats and the MSM would be in total agreement.

Jeezus! these people are predicting the end of Israel, and the annihilation of the Jewish people, just like Adolf and the nazi’s did 70 years ago, the liberals of the world then all wanted to appease Hitler, and look where that got the world, one country after another fell to the Germans, then the Japs got involved, and they dragged Italy in as well.

How friggen stupid are they, that they refuse to see Mahmoud Stickadickinme wants to do the same thing in the Mideast, take over Iraq, wipe out Israel, take over that territory, then what? Take over Palestine, Syria, and keep going?

For our own safety, I hope Bush and McCain can get the worthless Congress to lift the moratorium on drilling on the OCS, Bakken fie4lds, ANWR, etc, blast the rest of the Islamic, terroirst countries to hell where they want to be, and keep deporting the illegals.

It was done twice before, on the same scale as it would be today to ship ALL them back south….

The thought of Israel attacking Iran gives me a warm fuzzy feeling. I hope the strike swift and hard. Show Iran and Russia that they’re words are no match for 100 attack jets.

Israel CAN take out Iran’s nuclear sites ……

Woooooo Hooooo !There doesn’t seem to be much excitement in the media about a possible dry-run by Israel in preparation for taking out Iran’s nuclear facilities. Actually there were two military exercises carried out by Israel that could be dry-runs…

  12. Molly

Israel isn’t going to sit around and wait to get nuked. They are doing what is in the best interest of their national security.

The UN isn’t helpless, they are useless.

Would the Isralis be able to keep all of their planes in the air at all times, fighters, bombers, refuelers?
Or would they have to land some place, like a U.S. carrier?
Anybody know or have an opinion on this?

  16. Atom&Yves

FCK Komrade Putitin and munchkin king Ahmalreadyin. Israel should take out the mad mullahs while they’re at it. THEY are the ones pulling the strings of their sockpuppet Ahmafuknhomo.

  17. Kentucky Jim

I don’t think it is practical to land these jets on a carrier. They do not have the landing gear strength needed for the capture, even if they had hooks, and the pilots are not carrier qualified.
